Frame for my Allen 2-8-0

Quality of cut on my frame

I am able to cut out locomotive frames and spreaders.

Boiler parts including flue sheets, back heads and throat sheets.

Cab parts for steam and diesel locomotives.

Truck frames for diesel locomotives.

All that is needed is a DXF file of the part or a copy of the print for the part.

I am able to cut up to 5/8" steel in house, and up to 1" is available.

All parts are plasma cut and easily machined with carbide tooling (edges are a little hard).

All parts are approximately .060" oversize.
